Postage Information & Your Questions Answered 
Postage costs are available at the foot of every page -
UK, European & Worldwide Countries
 
We  accept payment through Nochex, and Paypal (Account - Turbospokes) as secure payment options. 
We also accept payment by cheque and postal order (Sterling only), but please be aware that your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. If paying by post, please make your cheque / postal order payable to R. Mellor.
All payment options can be selected at the checkout area.
 
 Shipping And Handling - Details and total costs of postage and shipping will be displayed before you pay for your order and are available at the bottom of every page.   

If the model you have ordered is immediately accessible you will normally receive your order between 3 and 4 working days from order confirmation and payment received. (Worldwide shipping may take up to 10 days). We will send you an email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
We take extreme care with our packing, to ensure that items arrive in the same condition as they leave.

Our normal method of dispatch is Royal Mail First Class. Items posted by this method to a UK address will usually arrive with you the following day, but we allow 4 working days maximum for delivery to you.
If you prefer "recorded / signed for" delivery, please select this option at the checkout area prior to paying.

Most European & worldwide orders require a signature on delivery excluding small packets under £8.00 in value - this option is available to select at the checkout area.
Delivery times will vary and we allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Some countries may take longer.

Non Delivery. If an order cannot be delivered for whatever reason, no signature available, wrong address etc. and your order is returned to us for re-posting, an additional charge of the original postage costs will become due. In this event, a separate invoice will be emailed to you and your order will be resent on receipt of these postage costs. We will need to confirm your delivery address again.

Post Office Box Numbers (PO Box) We cannot deliver to a PO Box either UK or Worldwide due to security and availability of a signature (if required). Please enter a full address when ordering. If an order is placed using a PO Box number, we will email you to ask for an alternative address. 

Our delivery schedule depends both on the method of payment and on the physical location of the item selected.

Guarantee. We try to acquire only those toys that are in the best possible condition for their age and rarity. However, condition is not our only criterion. If a toy is old and/or rare, condition becomes a secondary consideration. We photograph and accurately describe every item, including details of any damage, together with a general assessment of condition ie mint, excellent, very good, good or fair.

If you are based in the US, your time will be between four and nine hours behind ours. For example, when it is 7.00 pm in New York and Washington, it is midnight in London. If you are based in continental Europe, your time is usually one hour ahead of London time.
